Can I try the paid workflow?
The signed-in sample deal includes two rounds and the paid workflow. Review your own first lease draft free; later drafts and exports on your own deals need a Deal Pass or Pro.
What is a Deal Pass?
One $79 payment that unlocks a single deal until the lease is signed: every later draft, the LOI check, the client update, Word exports and read-only links. It never renews. If you run several deals at once, Pro usually costs less.
Does a subscription cover all my deals?
Yes. Pro covers unlimited deals and drafts while the plan is active. Deals you unlocked with a Deal Pass stay unlocked either way.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage cancellation in Billing. Access follows the subscription’s paid period; check the billing portal for your account’s exact dates.
Can I compare two clean files for free?
The free review is for the first Word draft with tracked changes. Uploading a clean comparison baseline needs a Deal Pass or Pro. Word Compare is another option for a one-time comparison.
Are LOI terms read automatically from an uploaded file?
Yes. Upload or forward the LOI and we read its terms: the numbers, plus use, assignment, exclusive, signage and guaranty. They fill in only what your LOI page is missing and stay marked until you confirm them. Terms you typed are never replaced.
