Billing questions
- Is there a per-deal option?
- No. Round 1 of every deal is free, and one plan covers every deal after that. A broker with more than one deal a month is better off on Pro than paying per deal, which is the point.
- What happens to a deal when I cancel?
- Access continues to the end of the paid period. After that the deal stays in your account and round 1 of any deal remains readable; later rounds, exports and the digest need Pro again. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
- Can I try Pro before paying?
- The free round is the trial: the complete analysis on your own document, not a preview. If you are running a live deal and want to pilot the full product, email hello@creredline.com and ask for a pilot code.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly or annual, in advance, through Stripe. You can change the plan, update the card or cancel from the Billing page at any time. We never see your card.
- Is there a discount for brokerages?
- Team covers five seats. For more seats or a brokerage-wide arrangement, email hello@creredline.com.
